Liver Proof - April 1-8, 2014

Day 1 - Doing it up proper by sipping MonkeyShoulder Scotch, while watching ‘Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels’ and ‘Snatch’… All in honor of the late, great RRKS.

Day 2 - Monkey Shoulder and ’Rock N Rolla’ the tele.

Day 3 - If you haven’t tried the $10 Scotch Whisky from Trader Joe’s, do yourself a favor and snag a bottle. It’s pretty damn tasty! Sipping that stuff and snacking while watching Kill Bill.

Day 4 - Monkey Shoulder Scotch and Inglorious Basterds while I work at my desk. I’ll definitely need to be adding some variety to the honorary sipping for this weekend.

Day 5 - Getting silly with the brain freeze straw, whiskey, ginger beer and snacks.

Day 6 - Angel’s Envy Bourbon. Front end burn like Bulleit, back end flavor like Basil Hayden. Tasty, indeed. Not to mention, it’s the whiskey of the month here at Double Helix.

Day 7 - Sipping Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch and listening to the Reservoir Dogs soundtrack on vinyl.

Day 8 - Happy birthday, rrks. Tonight, I’ll drink proper with enough for the both of us. Monkey Shoulder, Black Label and some tasty Trader Joe’s scotch shall be consumed. Cheers, mate!

Good Morning

My morning routine consists of a neatly crafted cup of coffee, inspiration browsing on Dribbble and Tumblr,  jot a few lines in my Field Notes and open the windows a bit to soak up the rays. An hour in and I'm already antsy for some work...

San Francisco Adventure - March 11-14, 2014

I got myself into some trouble with this spur of the moment San Francisco drive from Las Vegas. In the end I was able to clear my head and really enjoy the place with some of my best friends that let my crash at their place, as well as another dear friend that made her way out from Richmond, VA. The following are some highlights of the trip that I felt displayed the quality of my adventure quite nicely. Cheers.
